This Privacy Policy applies to the PALUX website, mobile application, web application, and related support services. PALUX is designed primarily for businesses and their authorized workforce users.
2. Information we process
Depending on how your company configures PALUX and which features you use, PALUX may process information such as your name, email address, phone number, user or employee identifier, profile and role information, company affiliation, messages and support content, schedule and attendance records, operational records, uploaded documents, photos or videos, audio or voice messages, device information, and location information when a location-enabled feature is used.
PALUX may also process business records entered or uploaded by authorized company administrators, including employee, vehicle, fleet, training, scorecard, route, safety, and operational information.
3. How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the PALUX service; authenticate users; maintain role-based access; enable scheduling, attendance, communication, fleet, safety, training, reporting, and support features; deliver notifications; maintain records requested by your company; diagnose problems; prevent misuse; and improve reliability and performance.
4. Company data isolation
PALUX is designed for multiple organizations. Company records are associated with the organization that created or imported them, and application access is intended to be restricted by company and user role. Users should only access information they are authorized to use for their organization.
5. Location and device data
Location may be processed when a user activates a feature that requires it, such as certain attendance, route, safety, or emergency functions. Device and technical information may be used to keep the service secure, deliver notifications, troubleshoot issues, and improve application reliability.
6. Photos, video, and audio
PALUX may allow authorized users to upload photos or videos for operational workflows such as vehicle inspections and documentation, and may allow audio or voice messages in communications. These materials are processed to provide the feature selected by the user or the user's company.
8. Security
PALUX uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect account and company information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so companies and users should also protect passwords, devices, and account access.
9. Data retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy company operational requirements, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention may vary by data type and by the company using PALUX. Authorized account or company deletion requests can be submitted to PALUX Support.
10. Your choices
Users may update certain account information inside PALUX where available. Requests involving access, correction, deletion, or company records may need to be handled by the user's employer or company administrator. 11. Children
PALUX is a business operations platform and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly design PALUX for direct use by children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PALUX evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date.
